James has lived up to the results I had seen with a couple of his other clients but also exceeded my expectations in his service as my agent. He contacted me daily with progress reports, advising me of his marketing strategy for that day which included contacting people who lived in my area, other agents, everyone of his extensive database who were in the market to buy and both oral and written reports on interest shown on the websites where the property was listed and open home inspections. Even though at first I wasn't always sure of the option to put my home on auction, I had faith in his ability to make the right call on the marketing strategy.
