After viewing several houses that day and over a number of weeks it was a pleasure to walk into our soon to be “new house” to see James there greeting us with a smile and with full details of the house he was selling. Although the house had only been listed 2 days before, his knowledge of it and it’s features was first class as well as his knowledge of the area. The ongoing dealings with both James and his office as well as them recommending a great solicitor and building & pest certifier gave us complete confidence that we were in good hands.
