Thankyou to James once again for pointing us in the direction of another investment property in such a lovely part of Qld. We have fallen in love with the area and it makes sense to invest somewhere that is on the up. This is the third property that James has found for us and we are happy with the range of properties that he has shown us. We thoroughly recommend using the service that James offers - he has a genuine interest in what he does and knowledge to boot. James is very personable and nothing is too much trouble, from making the time to jump in the car and show a property to negotiating with the sellers. If finances permit I'm sure we will head James' s way again!!

James has always been very knowledgeable in regards to the market in the Agnes Water/1770 area having been in the area for a very lone time. Sorry I have not replied - seems I have been very busy and I do find answering questions that I don't feel qualified to answer can be misleading. But I can say that we were very grateful for the help and effort you provided for our purchase of no 32. I am having lots of fun painting and fixing things. Have had some interesting surprises - like the washing machine did not work due to the pump had been removed etc. It's a bit of a shock when we took it that things did work! It must be difficult when sellers hide information like that! The floors came up very nicely with the satin finish which looks great. Thank you very much for the lovely treats to help us celebrate ! My husband and I contacted James as we live near Brisbane and were interested in investment property up in the Agnes Water area. James had a selection of quite different properties ready for us to look at when we visited the area a few weeks later, as I think we were probably quite vague in knowing what we actually wanted. Spot on the money James!! We ended up with two properties - one in town and one out on acreage, both now rented out through PRD. James was in contact with us throughout the settlement periods providing advice and putting us in touch with the right people we needed to talk with to assist in making our decisions and finalising the purchases. Nothing was too much trouble. We know where we will go to buy the next investment property in the area.
