James kept us up to date with the progress of offers on the house we were interested in. When they fell through, he contacted us and arranged a private inspection. He was professional, friendly and helpful. When our offer was accepted he contacted us straight away and helped us get the deal over the line. James arranged a second inspection, so we could take some measurements and check out a few more things. I would recommend him and his colleagues, they have all really helpful and efficient.
