It was absolutely refreshing to have James help me with the buying process as he is always working hard for his sellers, but still looking after buyers by being open, available and reassuring. Which, in-turn, helps the sellers as it keeps buyers on side and always in the loop. James ensures everyone has the chance to participate and do all due diligence, so that the best outcome for everyone can be achieved. Would highly recommend James for anyone buying or selling.

He was professional, friendly and helpful. When our offer was accepted he contacted us straight away and helped us get the deal over the line.
