It was great dealing with MyProperty Consultants. We got a good result in a short period of time. All staff we dealt with but in particular James White were knowledgeable and very responsive to all our needs and queries. Would definitely recommend them.
We could not fault James in the sale of our house. Nothing was too diificult for him and on many occassion, would show our home on his days off, even on Sundays. Due to Covid and at the time our home was on the market James managed to ensure high numbers through, with two at a time. All the necessary precautary questions we asked and hand sanitiser was plentiful. Both James and Wayne were excellent in relation to price and guidance. After tough negotiations, got the price we wanted.
James being a local of the area had a good connection with us (as we a local) and a good understanding of the local market. James is happy and fun which made him easy to talk to, but maintained professional at same time.
