James was great with our house purchase from start to finish, he did everything he could and more to make sure we were happy till we settled in. Couldn't fault him. He was very honest with everything from start to finish making it a smooth experience.

We could not fault James in the sale of our house. Nothing was too diificult for him and on many occassion, would show our home on his days off, even on Sundays. Due to Covid and at the time our home was on the market James managed to ensure high numbers through, with two at a time. All the necessary precautary questions we asked and hand sanitiser was plentiful. Both James and Wayne were excellent in relation to price and guidance. After tough negotiations, got the price we wanted.
James being a local of the area had a good connection with us (as we a local) and a good understanding of the local market. James is happy and fun which made him easy to talk to, but maintained professional at same time.
