James is reliable, approachable, hardworking and honest. This is the second time that I have used James and on both occasions the sale price that he achieved was beyond my expectations. In both sales (Ferntree Gully + Boronia) he set a new price benchmark for the immediate area. I will definitely be using James again in about 10 months time for my next sale in The Basin.
Great communication, kept me in the loop throughout the whole sale process. There were no surprises and James worked hard to sell the property after it was passed in at auction I would recommend James, he was very professional.

I needed somebody with.tact and patience to sell my house m,y tenants were very nice but did not like to be put out . The fact that. The lady was eight months pregnant with twins , and had a two yr old . James handled it perfectly. And it went very smooth . Got me a good price too
