After living and working in Melbourne, in 1999 James joined the family firm his father Guyon established in 1972. In 2003 James became a director of Wilsons, and more recently has taken over the reins as sole director. James is well known when it comes to Geelong and Surf Coast real estate, having marketed and sold some of the area’s most notable properties, and in doing so has built a vast client base. Raised in Newtown-Geelong and well connected within the community, James leads an experienced group of people that strives to be the best. He understands that it’s the people and quality of relationships that are paramount to his success, along with constant training and offering a ‘best practice’ approach. James loves his football, horse racing and spending time with his wife Concetta, daughters Florence and Stella and dog Alfie.

I was lucky enough to have James’ sound and expert knowledge throughout a very long lead-up to selling our property in Manifold Heights.
