Well presented and proffesional

We had met James at another open house around the corner, we were just having a browse to see what house prices were fetching for a house very similar to ours. As we approached we were advised it had recently just sold but James gave us the time of day still it was right there we both realised that we need a agent with this posture, well presented and polite and gave us a time of day even tho it was sold and inspection time had closed, with out James knowing we had 2 potential units to be listed. We then got him to come have a look and we ended up selling both units with James was a absolute pleasure to deal with we had a few tough times with some tough clients and James helped handle it extremely well. We are currently going to get him to sell a 3rd unit soon. Highly recommend for every reason possible.
