To start, I am a Melbourne estate agent ,so aware as to how the industry works. James was a pleasure to work with. Accurate with his appraisal and professional with regard to copy,photos, and marketing.Feedback after inspections was instantaneous and his buyer qualification meant we knew what buyers were comparing our property against and the length of time the buyers had been in the market place. Offers and expression of interests were forthcoming to enable us to reduce our expectations somewhat, without pressure. The mood of the market was hesitant and buyers,especially the eventual buyer, were very nervous. James handled the negotiation process with aplomb and his patience with the buyer [ and probably us ] won the day. An honest and likeable person!
