James has excellent communications skills. He consistently kept us up to date on all relevant issues in a timely and efficient manner. James is personable, energetic and enthusiastic and always punctual and well presented. The Market in the period we sold our house (early September to late October 2018) came off dramatically. Buyers were reluctant and cautious of continuing price falls. Negotiating a favourable price for the seller is problematic. As a result our final sale price was just over 8% lower than the bottom range estimate indicated at the beginning of the sale process.
