James felt like an ally

James Yahl took on selling my house immediately after prices started to fall in April so it was a difficult journey for me, having to accept that my house had lost market value so quickly. Yet I look back on it as a happy journey because James felt like an ally, keeping me informed, involving me in decisions, remaining cheerful and optimistic and caring. He and his team were always there for me and nothing has been too much to ask of them. I see them as friends as well as professional allies and I’m grateful that their professional skill and judgment brought the journey to a satisfactory conclusion.
