Only as good as his last sale

"James only sees himself as good as his last sale" and I believe that. He loves what he does. He is driven by success, and buyer feedback, and his own experience to make good judgement calls. As he puts it, to develop a "strategy". He created a lot of interest in our property and advised going to auction. At auction, we sold for well above my expectations. While I was more than happy with the outcome, James seemed even happier!
