A good sale in a difficult market

I used James to sell my family house of 60 years. I had a very strong emotional attachment to the house and James was both very professional and empathetic to my reasons and need to sell. In a market that was dropping James was able to negotiate with prospective purchasers and listened to what we thought and conveyed it to the purchases in a manner that allowed the sale to go through, bringing all parties together. At no stage did James pressure me to do anything, at all times the decision was mine and James would outline the pros and cons of all options. I found James kept me informed at all times, to a level that far exceeded my expectations. Overall I am very satisfied with James and would hapilly recommend him to any perspective vendor.
