We feel that James operates on the edge of what could be termed as legal. From ringing up with a very low offer, hard balling to take offer, over pricing the worth of farm machinery, (we would have a much more knowledgeable idea on the worth of our machinery) than a realestate agent treating us a "stupid", yes, we can do addition James. As we posted a not so great review on our dealings with Tara over the sale of our house he preceded to pester us with messages left on our phone, as we knew this would be over the review left, finally we return the call to which he offered a night at a restaurant to the value of $1000 if we removed the review. We declined this offer to which he than pestered a friend of ours who has dealings with First National Bryon Bay work related to which James threatened no more work for our friend if we did not remove our review, very unprofessional, must be why First National has high rankings as it would appear that if there is a bad review left you will receive a call with an offer to remove said review from certain people within the organisation. This is the first dealing we have had with this agency, will certainly be the last.

Being with another agent I gave James one shot at it to sell my property for asking price as he seemed very confident that he could,and he delivered,sold in half an hour to a known client. Very impressive,so I am extremely pleased with the outcome,well done James and thanks. Peter & Suzanne.
