James Young

As the CEO of First National Byron, James is responsible for running all facets of the business. James has a proven executive management track record and close to 20 years’ experience driving sales and growth in the real estate industry. James is a highly accomplished agent and is renowned for fetching top dollar for residential, rural and commercial properties across the Byron Shire and Lennox Heads. The son of cattle and banana farmers from the township of Newrybar, just a few kilometers outside Byron Bay, James still resides in that location on his farm. Married with a teenage son, James can often be found surfing Lennox Point or hanging at the farm with his family when he’s not out running the shire’s No 1 real estate agency.
