Polite, clear and honest

Having initially met James as a prospective buyer, I was impressed by his calm demeanour, honest feedback about the property and clear indication of the expected market value. As a vendor he asked me the relevant questions required for the sale but nothing more (which is good). I appreciate it when an agent is calm and honest rather than pushy and cagey.
