We were so fortunate to have an enthusiastic and energetic agent. We had very little experience in buying and selling but were well supported by Jamie Anderson. It helped, of course, that he lived in the same area but it was more than that. On open inspections, he didn't sit in a room and wait for people to ask him questions. We know he took them through the garden and showed them the views from our back fence. He has been available at all times, never giving us the sense that he'd moved on to the next property. Perhaps we also were impressed that he is a committed community person and , as we love our community, this was important. Oh and we sold at a good price!
