Jamie under promised and over delivered. I gave him a firm minimum, he came to me with an offer slightly below and before I could reject it he said I know but I have to tell you “they have more in them” he then came back at my bare minimum price. Classic realestate right - just wants to get the deal done but no before I can say anything he’s “they have more in them” and comes back with a better offer than I had hoped. The whole time all the other offers coming in were below. Happy Seller
