When we first met Jamie for an appraisal he was very professional yet kind. His engaging personality made him easy to deal with. At all times we felt he was working for the best outcome possible for us. He provided sound advice without a lot of unnecessary self promotion. The whole team were fun and supportive, caring about how we were doing. Finally as we went to market, our house was sold the first day in for the full asking price. We at no time felt pressured and he made it clear that he ‘worked for us’ and that it was our decision as to whether we took the first offer, or continued on, endeavouring to raise the price further. We accepted the great contract he got for us and in a day it was all done. This was a seamless process which we desperately needed.
