The ones that lived up to negative stereotypes of agents and ones that felt like genuine people. Jamie was firmly in the latter category for us, and went beyond to be a very helpful facilitator in what is of course a very big and daunting process. We can only imagine how much more stressful the process would have been if we didn't have Jamie (and Rebecca, Jamie's colleague) being the one to correspond and coordinate with about the property.
