Because of my situation and health, I decided to leave Australia to be with my sister in NZ. I asked Jamie if he would be my Agent to sell my house to which he was very happy to do for me,considering that I wasn't going to be around. Jamie sorted someone to clear up the garden,which was a mess, and to regularly mow the lawns. Every week he kept me up to date with the 'Open Homes' and gave feed back on peoples thoughts.
