Continuing on the above comment; The process of selling my house was a smooth , hassle free experience. Generally, when one deals with an estate agent, may think is he/she giving the right advice, any vested interest for them. I always felt very reassured by Jamie. I did not have to doubt about his professional knowledge and advice. All in all it was a pleasurable, satisfactory experience. More than my experience, I was more impressed with Jamie, when one of my friends, who sold her house recently, with Jamie's help. Because of the ethnicity and communication issues, the process was going to be difficult for her. I recommended Jamie to her, and what Jamie did for her was simply superb, and I was extremely impressed with Jamie's helpfulness, trustworthiness, professionalism and the way he took her through the whole process.
Jamie is greatly respected by us because of the manner in which he approached our sale-he took all in his stride to fulfil our requests & reaching a great outcome. Although, Jamie has completed the Sale he is still keeping in contact to see if we have been successful in finding a new home.
