When you have a limited knowledge of the market, all you can do is hope that your agent is trustworthy, experenced and knows exactly what the market is doing. Jamie surpasses all of these and more. He advised me of every little thing that the buyers were doing, little things I could do to present my house. Advised on, where to, and not to, spend on renovations. He helped with the difficult stage on when offers start coming. This is where his experence was so appreciated. Couldn't possibly recomend Jamie, higher.
