My brother and I both live on the east coast and needed to sell our mothers property in Trigg. Jamie met with us and came very prepared with local knowledge and recent sales in the area. He gave us recommendations on preparing the house for sale and a plan as to when the best time would be to launch it onto the market. As Jamie suggested we made some minor cosmetic changes to the interior and exterior of the property and we engaged the services of Madeline Jungstedt to "stage" each room with modern contemporary furniture.
