After my initial inspection of the property and being pretty much ignored by your business partner I phoned to say I was interested. Got sent a contract and told to make an offer. I said I wasn't quite ready and needed a month or two. That was the last I heard from him. I then phoned your office and was told it had sold. Property then went back on the market and I would have expected to be contacted as I was a potential sale but wasn't. I then contacted Jamie and organised an inspection that was all good and we negotiated a sale which all went smoothly. We then did a final inspection and had settlement and I didn't even receive a phone call saying congrats or can we help you with anything else which was disappointing. The front door that was to be fixed before settlement still isn't fixed but we are getting it organised. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but when your spending $1.6million it should be an excellent experience
