What a Difference the Right Agent Makes

After an extremely difficult and stressful experience with the previous agent engaged to sell the same property, whose agreement I ultimately terminated, I was understandably wary of finding an agent I could trust. The previous experience included the bizarre expectation that I attend weekly coffee meetings to discuss sales strategy, something I did not agree to and had never encountered in decades of buying and selling property.
