When moving from interstate we struggled to find an agent who would actually return calls let alone reach out if we wanted to make an offer (Which cost a seller 50k). Jamie on the other hand responded to calls, helped guide us through the purchase and even helped us gather information on aspects of the property we found troubling to locate on our own.
