Jamie was able to help us secure our property through what was quite a hard time. Our finance took much longer than normal to come through, and Jamie was able to keep both sides calm and collected through a frustrating process. Jamie was knowledgeable about the area we bought in (we double checked his information, and he had told us accurate information), and he convinced us that while we wanted more off the price, that what was counter-presented was a fair price. While we plan on holding on to this property for many years, if Jamie is available, we will be using him to help us move it on.
