Jamie (and Michael) approached me about selling an investment property as they had a lot of interest for similar properties in our area. I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first and fired a million questions at them to which they professionally responded to and allayed my concerns. I was immediately presented with a contract from a buyer within a day which was over my expected sale price. Everything settled with next to no hiccups, and Jamie communicated progress with me every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome - the ease of the whole process still blows my mind.
