I owned a townhouse in a block of 3 - Jamie was involved in selling the other 2 in the block and out of interest I inquired with him what prices the others achieved. While I wasn't really looking to sell I said to him that if he could achieve a particular price I would sell. He got very close once, which unfortunately didn't quite work out, but kept trying and got the price the second time around. He did a lot of work to then ensure there were no issues with tenants departing the property, inspections and so on, leading to a successful completion of the sale. He put in a lot of effort and helped achieve a result I'm very happy with. I'm happy to recommend Jamie to other sellers in the area.
