Jamie believes the best real estate agents aren’t remembered simply for the homes they sell. They’re remembered for how they make people feel during one of life’s biggest decisions. Growing up in humble beginnings in Cornwall, England, taught Jamie resilience long before it taught him ambition. After emigrating to the Sunshine Coast in 2013, he immersed himself in the local community through surf coaching, lifeguarding and teaching, patrolling beaches from Twin Waters to Noosa and helping deliver the Sport and Recreation Certificate through the surfing program at Sunshine Beach State High School. Long before his real estate career began, he built his reputation around helping people, earning trust and remaining calm under pressure. After entering real estate in 2016, Jamie quickly established himself as one of the Sunshine Coast’s emerging performers. In 2018, he was recognised as the REIQ Rookie of the Year and a finalist for the REB Newcomer of the Year. More than a decade of experience and over 300 successful property transactions have given Jamie an understanding that every home is different, but people rarely are. They all want the same thing: honest advice, clear communication and someone they can trust. Seeking to further develop his craft, Jamie relocated to Brisbane in 2024 to support his partner Jessica’s business at Ray White Indooroopilly. Working within one of Queensland’s most competitive blue chip markets, he refined the premium marketing, negotiation and campaign strategies that now underpin his approach to selling prestige property throughout Noosa. Away from real estate, Jamie has trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for more than a decade and is a Brown Belt under Yoshi Hasegawa at CAZA Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Noosa. The discipline, preparation and composure developed on the mats are qualities that naturally extend into the way he negotiates, communicates and represents his clients.
