Jamie has sold 2 of our properties in the last 12 months. Our first sale was for a significantly higher price than another real estate agent suggested and he definitely helped push the price up for us. Our second property sold fairly quickly and at a price, we were happy with. During the sale of the second property, there were a few hiccups from the buyer's side and Jamie was very thorough with advice and helped us to understand the process, and kept us informed as things sorted themselves out.
