Jamie makes property sale stress free.

I was very pleased in the way that Jamie conducted the sale of my property. The suggestions and input on how to present the unit for the best outcome were very constructive and helpful. After each open inspection Jamie was prompt in getting in touch with me and keeping me updated on the progress of the sale. There was no stress during the whole process and the sale waa very satisfactory in achieving the expected outcome in a good time frame. Jamies highly professional and friendly approach in handling the sale and any advice that was needed to make everything progress smoothly was exemplary. The best real estate agent experience I have had

I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years, in both South Australia and Victoria. Jamie Thompson was the best agent I have used, in both the way that the sale was conducted, and the outcome of price and conditions. Jamie was highly professional in his advice, without being pushy. That advice was clearly communicated, truthful and always made sense. His "best offer" approach was very appropriate for the particular characteristics of our property, and he achieved an offer within the suggested time-frame at the top of our range, with a short settlement period and no conditions. He handled the legal and conveyancing processes in an honest and straight-forward manner. Jamie was always available when needed, and extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. The advertising was very well written, without employing unnecessary others in the process. Jamie helped us to keep the costs to a minimum, but still delivered a professional, high quality sales pitch. Personally, Jamie could not have conducted himself better. It was not an easy time for us to sell, due to terminal illness and a death in the family. Jamie was sensitive to these personal issues, and worked in a kind, relaxed and professional manner. His good people skills were evident, and it was easy to trust him as he kept things simple, clear and ethical. Following our experience from this sale, I cannot recommend Jamie Thompson highly enough. I have no criticisms. I wish him the very best for the future.

Top tier service, would use again.

Selling our house with Jamie was super easy and straight forward. He explained everything and made sure we were comfortable and informed the whole way. His suggestions and strategies were instrumental in a quick sale at a price we were very happy with. I'd recommend Jamie to anyone looking to sell their house.
