It is with pleasure that a write this review for Jamie Van Le of Century 21 Real Estate – Maroubra. Jamie bided at auction for the property I purchased as I had to work and of course we out bided everyone. This was done via a phone call, and during the call Jamie remained calm but strong and I was the successful new owner. I would never have bided on my own. He then went on to sell my property (address above), and sold it prior to auction for the price he quoted me, literally 5 weeks before settlement on the purchased property. He had mine on the market the Tuesday after the auction and the open house on the Thursday. Jamie kept me up to date with every inspection, and was always there to talk to me and advise me. I must admit I felt very pressured at times due to the bleak timeframe but Jamie always re-assured me, he had everything under control and he sure did! Jamie has arranged for my place to be settled on the same day as the property I purchased and I am feeling very relieved. He is very friendly, professional but most of all honest and gets the job done. Now I know why they call him “The People’s Agent – always at your service”!!
