Jamie was recommended to us and I can see why. We managed a simultaneous buy/sell strategy which of course has its inherent risks, however Jamie managed to achieve this, all the while keeping us fully informed and comfortable throughout. Jamie took on this reasonably complex transaction where we attempted an Auction outside of the prime selling period. Hitting several unexpected hurdles along the way, his experience and negotiation skills kicked in and managed to secure the sale at just under reserve post auction. It was a great result considering the challenges encountered.

I recently worked with Jamie to sell a small parcel of land on the mid North Coast that was a somewhat complicated transaction.
