Jan did work hard. I did feel however that she persuaded me to drop the price on my property very very early in the process. I found this very unusual. After about 6 weeks I got tired of the challenges of trying to sell the property and advised Jan that we would rent it out instead. Almost immediately a buyer appeared with an offer. Additionally Jan told me that a couple were buying the property to live in. In fact it was being purchased as a rental property - which matters to us as we live next door to the sale property. When I asked her about the discrepancy between the story of the nice couple that she described - and the single purchaser on the contract of sale Jan was extremely vague. I felt that I should have been provided with all of this information as Jan was meant to be working for me as the vendor and I was paying her commission - not the purchaser.

Jan was very knowledgeable about the local market and communicated extremely well throughout the process. This is my second house buy through this agency and I am very happy to recommend them.
