As a first home buyer working with Jan was so great, she helped manage the negotiations and contracts in an extremely personable, genuine and trusting way. She always was there to answer questions, big or small, and was a pleasure to chat with. In the process of purchasing a house I have spoken to many estate agents, some can be quite unpleasant to deal with sadly, my experience with Jan was the complete opposite and I couldn't recommend her more. Jan immediately came across as very knowledgeable of the local market and very interested in our views and expectations of a possible sale of our home. After two consultations we had agreed on a price range and marketing strategy and although we only managed to get one open house event organised due to COVID lockdowns Jan had some possible buyers and and after following up with them for 2-3 weeks of lockdown managed to secure a price for our property that we were happy to accept.
