This was my first time buying a property in Australia and Jans patience and support answering my many questions was a fantastic help for me and helped me through the whole process! She never let me know if my questions were stupid even though a few may have been! Jan was very organized and gave me a nudge when deadlines approached and helped ensure both myself and the seller were kept informed at all times to ensure any concerns were kept to a minimum.
