Jan has an amazing local knowledge of both the people, and the local area. Nothing is a hassle, and Jan was most accommodating with her time for both the vendor and purchaser, as well as the tenants. Jan even assisted with introductions between new owner and tenants, even though it was of no benefit to herself.

Jan had a firm grip on the local market, and we were rather overwhelmed with one at least views of the house per week. She never pressured us in any way, and went quietly about the job of arranging the sale between prospective buyer and sellers. I've always found Jan to be professional and to be straight forward, and easy to talk with, and the sale went through with a minimum of inquiries and questions from us. I'd recommend Jan to anyone, since she is a straight forward, honest, experienced country agent, the kind I prefer to deal with.
