Professionally managed sale of a rural property.

We selected Jan as our agent as we knew the business had been in the area for many years (we bought the property through Ede's) and that Jan herself had long experience of Bulahdelah and surrounding areas. She listened to how we wanted to proceed, and especially understood that we were not in a hurry to sell, and willing to wait to get a good price. The sale took several months.
