Jan and her team knew we were on the hunt for a new home in Raby Bay and they were always on the front foot making sure we knew what was coming up and they listened to what we needed. It felt to us as though they were working for us too even though we were the buyers. We were on the hunt for something in Raby Bay for almost 6 months and in the end they found us the perfect house and managed the process smoothly and professionally. Jan's knowledge of Raby Bay is fairly well unparalleled and she knows something about every street and almost every house. We've really enjoyed this experience because even when it felt like there was nothing coming up to buy all we needed was to be kept up to date and checked in on and she and her team were great at that.
