Having never met Jan face to face, I set her the challenge of selling my property on the basis of a long distance sales relationship. Living in Malaysia at the initial stage of the selling process and then relocating to the US for the later half of the process, clearly all our transactions and updates would have to be via internet. I set Jan a challenge in that the property had to be sold in a tight timeframe and with minimum input from myself. Jan achieved it all and met, indeed exceeded the selling deadline. Throughout Jan provided advice and regular updates to ensure that I was able to assess and meet the selling and identification process required for remote selling of property.
