I was really lucky that I could meet her after failing to sell with a horrible agent, Harcourts Mandurah. The previous agent was always whining to lower the price for selling. However, Jan is different. She’s humble, genuine, and doesn't complain about the weakness of the property. I’m really happy even though, I lost big money from the investment.
