Jan was great. It felt like she really wanted to help us buy our first home in a market that was difficult for buyers. Jan's approach to bidding outside the auction process was a bit difficult and stressful. She initiated a final and highest bid process. Although she tried to make it easy for us it didn't feel very transparent.
