Jana, we can't thank you enough for your dedication and commitment to selling our house and it certainly paid off when you presented us with two contracts in 9 days! Having had several really bad experiences selling homes in the past, we decided to interview 3 possible agents as our house was a little different from the norm, even though we were always being complimented on how nice it was. True to form, the first two arrived with outdated info about our house from the internet, and results for house sales totally irrelevant to ours. Then Jana arrived, and what a breath of fresh air! She stepped inside, explained to us that she always liked to view a house from a buyers perspective initially and would then give us her thoughts the next day. Her eye for detail was amazing, she asked us questions (and checked our info) so that she had exactly what she needs to know for potential buyers so that we, and they did not experience any problems. When she got back to us, her estimate was substantially more than the other two and she was very confident she could achieve it, and achieve it she did! She was there every step of the way for us and even though we sold just before Christmas, we had no hiccups or issues at all.
