Friendly service, but communication and overall experience fell below expectations
Jane was friendly and pleasant to deal with throughout the buying process. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to a lack of communication, delayed responses, and limited proactive updates in the later stages of the buying process, We were also disappointed to discover issues with the property after purchase that, in our view, would have been helpful to know about before settlement. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

As the sales representative, I am required to act within the instructions and authority provided to me, which did limit the options available throughout the process. Please be assured I explored every opportunity available to me, as I understand purchasing a new home is a significant decision and an important investment.
