Using Allen’s to sell our property was a pleasant experience for the following reasons: • The comprehensive initial meeting where Allen’s have provided the analysis of the Real Estate market and explained their approach to selling the Property and dealing with the Client. • Attention to a detail during the preparation of the house for the forthcoming inspections. • Constant re-evaluation and adjustment, if required, of the selling strategy. • Regular and timely updates on the results of each individual inspection. • Ability to negotiate with the potential buyers to reach a best possible outcome.
