Jane was an excellent sellers agent, going above and beyond to look after us in the months leading up to the sale of our home. Our sale coincided with a stressful period in our personal lives including the death of an immediate family member and serious health issues for my husband. Jane was always there to help. She was always available to help us prioritise what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale and paid attention to details in the marketing campaign to ensure we reached the broadest market possible. Jane was amazing to work and deal with. She went beyound her call as a real Estate agent. Nothing was ever a trouble and her valuable input on all real estate knowledge was amazing. I cannot recommend her high enough. The best !

Jane helped us sell our home in a circumstance that saw us having to move overseas urgently. We gave her a very short window (2 weeks to be exact lol) as flights & container was already booked. From the moment i spoke to her over the phone, i knew she was looking out for our best interest at heart. She never once gave us false hope and was brutally honest which was what we needed. She provided her honest opinions and we acted on every bit of advice she threw at us. She even gifted us plants from her own garden to help improve the landscaping. I believe with all her advise and help that is why were able to sell our home with 24 hrs of it being listed. That first sale fell through (not meant to be) but within 1 day of relisting, we yet got another sale and with a little bit of patience, we got what we were asking for. We were able to buy our dream home elsewhere - plus with some extra cash leftover, my husband got his boat he always dreamed of ;) Jane thank you so much for everything. Always helpful, prompt and honest. Went above and beyond when we asked for information and had questions. Even had our ride on mower fixed.

There is no messing about, she knows exactly what to do and gets the job done! After a terrible experience with a previous agent and not selling we were stuck and then called Jane who got in there and sold our house in no time at all. She knows Oxenford/Regatta Waters like the back of her hand which I believe is a huge tool of hers. She gave us suggestions but allowed our freedom and she even practically decorated our empty house to help us. I would definitely use her again without a doubt!
