Jane is obviously very knowledgeable agent in Highland Park but feel her communication could be improved. Our issue was that after submitting offer we had no acknowledgement or feedback for a few days so we thought we our offer was overlooked and had started to look for alternative property. It came as surprise to then get call to say our offer had been accepted. Not what I had experienced with other properties I have purchased.
