On appraisal, Dean advised he would have our property sold on the Monday after the first Saturday open, however it was Dean's knowledge of the local market that we felt comfortable with. Sure enough, we received our first offer on the Monday after the first Saturday inspection and the property sold by the Tuesday. Thank you to Dean and Jane for an easy transaction.
